Upon joining Hazelwood, I was totally new to care. The care Certificate has me build on my compassion and has given me a sense of personal satisfaction that I can help people live life they deserve.

My eyes have been opened to the complex and daily support that some people require and also the deep sense of satisfaction that can be achieved from helping them do this.
